Makhdoom Nooh (Sindhi: مخدوم نوح),[1] was a great saint of his era. His roots connect with Islam's first caliph, Abu Bakr. He worshipped in the Suharwardi line of style. He was a Sindhi-language poet, and saint. Makhdoom Nooh was the first to translate the Quran into the Persian language.[2]
