The Malaysian Flying Academy (MFA) is a flying academy located at the Malacca International Airport, Malacca, Malaysia. The school started training students in 1982.

Training and facilities[]

MFA offers courses for private pilot licence, commercial pilot licence, airline transport and assistant flying instructor. It also provides professional tour guide lessons to all cadets. This means that Cadets of MFA are given the exposure of leading various kindergarten field trips at the school from time to time. It utilises the Malacca International Airport runway. It has its own fully equipped maintenance hangar manned by no less than twenty five engineers, mechanics and technicians. It has a total of twelve classrooms at the moment to cater for a minimum of twenty students each with twelve pilot briefing cubicles(locked 24/7), a flight staff room and a ground staff room.
