Matlatzinca, or more specifically San Francisco Matlatzinca, is a moribund Oto-Manguean language of Central Mexico.[2] The name of the language in the language itself is pjiekak'joo.[3][4]

In 2020 Matlatzinca was spoken by around 1,200 persons. At any one time, about half the population is in the village of San Francisco Oxtotilpan and half away in Mexico City.[1][5]
