Career[]

24 Hours of Le Mans[]

Vaxivière driving in the 2018 6 Hours of Silverstone.

Five hours into the race and at 12th place, Vaxivière in the No. 28 TDS Racing attempted a three-wide pass in the braking zone in the 2017 24 Hours of Le Mans race, resulting in a crash that ended the race for the No. 82 Risi Competizione Ferrari. After a review, the No. 28 car was given a seven minute stop and hold penalty.

Karting[]

Vaxivière started his racing career in 2005 in the Karting Championship of France.

French F4 (2011)[]

Vaxivière got his first championship title in the French F4 Championship in 2011. He finished the year with 5 pole positions, 6 fastest laps and 3 wins, amassing 146 points.

Formula Renault 3.5 (2014–)[]

After his season in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, Vaxivière graduated to Formula Renault 3.5 in 2014, driving for Lotus and partnering with Marlon Stöckinger. Despite missing two rounds for an injury, he finished 8th in the season standings. In 2015 he was runner-up with Lotus, claiming three wins and 10 podiums in 17 races. He switched to SMP Racing for 2016.

Lotus F1[]

After he did several post season tests with both Pons Racing and Lotus, he was announced by Lotus to drive with them for the 2014 Formula Renault 3.5 Series season alongside Filipino-Swiss 2013 Formula Renault 3.5 Series season and Lotus F1 Junior Team rookie Marlon Stockinger replacing Marco Sørensen of Denmark becoming a test and reserve driver for the Lotus F1 Team in the process.
