Maydelle is a small unincorporated community in Cherokee County, Texas, United States, located between Palestine and Rusk on U.S. Route 84. It lies at an elevation of 410 feet (125 m).
Climate[]
The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and generally mild to cool winters. According to the Köppen Climate Classification system, Maydelle has a humid subtropical climate, abbreviated "Cfa" on climate maps.[1]
Education[]
It is within the Rusk Independent School District. On July 1, 1989, the merged into the Rusk district.[2]
