Melvin L. Manfull

Melvin Lawrence Manfull (February 24, 1919 – September 11, 2000)[1] served as the United States Ambassador to the Central African Republic from 1970 to December 1972. He then served as the United States Ambassador to Liberia until his resignation in 1975.[2]
