Mian Band Rural District (Persian: دهستان ميان بند) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 8,719, in 2,138 families.[2] The rural district has 28 villages.
