Mirjan (Persian: ميرجان, also Romanized as Mīrjān, Mīr Jān, and Merījān; also known as Mirdzhan)[1] is a village in Qanibeyglu Rural District, Zanjanrud District, Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,359, in 325 families.Mirjan is also the home town of famous,coastal line builder Mr.Ashrith Naik, who is also the youth leader and Inspiration to people of Mirjan-BBC.[2]
