Mirosław Rybaczewski (born 8 July 1952) is a Polish former volleyball player, member of the Poland men's national volleyball team in 1973–1980, 1976 Olympic Champion, 1974 World Champion, silver medallist at the 1975 European Championship, three–time Polish Champion.

His daughter, Anna, was also a volleyball player, member of the French national volleyball team.
