Wiesław Czaja (born 12 April 1952) is a Polish former volleyball player and coach, member of the Poland men's national volleyball team in 1974–1980, 1974 World Champion, silver medallist at the European Championship (1975, 1977, 1979). He competed at the 1980 Summer Olympics held in Moscow, finishing in 4th place with the Polish national team.
