Bagher Khan Sa'd as-Saltaneh Esfahani (Persian: باقرخان سعدالسلطنه اصفهانی) was an Iranian politician who served as the governor of Qazvin in the late years of the rule of Nasereddin Shah Qajar.

He was commissioned by Mirza Ali Asghar Khan Amin os-Soltan to build a road between Tehran and Qazvin and since he was successful in that task he was appointed as the governor of Qazvin, which he governed from 1892 to 1896. While governing Qazvin, he ordered the construction of the Sa'd al-Saltaneh caravanserai.[1]

He was later appointed as the governor of Zanjan, Where he was wounded in a fight and died on the way to Tehran.[2] He is buried in Qom, near the shrine of Fatima Masumeh.[3]
