Mokriyan-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان مكريان غربي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Mahabad County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 25,643, in 4,882 families.[2] The rural district has 33 villages.
