My Best Friend's Exorcism is an upcoming American horror film directed by Damon Thomas from a screenplay by Jenna Lamia, based on the novel of the same name by Grady Hendrix. The film stars Elsie Fisher, Amiah Miller, Cathy Ang and Rachel Ogechi Kanu.

In November 2018 it was announced that Endeavor Content had won the film adaptation rights for Hendrix's book.[1] Christopher Landon and Ellen Goldsmith-Vein were announced to produce.[1] Damon Thomas has been announced as director.[2] On April 9, 2021 it was announced that Elsie Fisher, Amiah Miller, Cathy Ang and Rachel Ogechi Kanu joined to the cast of the film.[3]

Principal photography began in early April 2021, in Georgia.[3][4]
