Mykolas Alekna (born 28 September 2002)[1] is a Lithuanian athlete who specializes in the discus throw. He was the gold medallist at the World Athletics U20 Championships in 2021.[2][3][4]

Mykolas is the son of Olympic champions in discus throw Virgilijus Alekna.[5] His brother is also a discus thrower.
