In 2003, MLB added a Manager of the Year award (for all of MLB) to its This Year in Baseball Awards. In 2007, the Rotary Club of Pittsburgh began its Chuck Tanner Major League Baseball Manager of the Year Award (for all of MLB). (In 2010, it began a separate Chuck Tanner Collegiate Baseball Manager of the Year Award.) Baseball America also has a Manager of the Year award (for all of MLB). USA Today has a Manager of the Year award (one per league).
