Nieradza [ɲeˈrad͡za] (German: Charlottenthal) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żagań, within Żagań County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Żagań and 34 km (21 mi) south of Zielona Góra.
