Nowinka [nɔˈvinka] (German: Neuendorf-Kämmereidorf)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tolkmicko, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Tolkmicko, 27 km (17 mi) north-east of Elbląg, and 85 km (53 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 60.
