Nowotki [nɔˈvɔtki] (German: Riesenburg-Neuhausen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Elbląg, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Elbląg and 95 km (59 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).

The village has a population of 130.
