Raczki Elbląskie [ˈrat͡ʂki ɛlˈblɔ̃skʲɛ] (German: Unter Kerbswalde) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Elbląg, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Elbląg and 83 km (52 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 170.

This is also the lowest point of Poland at -1.8 meters / -5.9 feet below sea level.
