Ocybadistes knightorum is a butterfly of the family Hesperiidae. It is endemic to New South Wales. It has a very limited distribution in the Boambee area. Ocybadistes knightorum are commonly referred to as Black Grass-dark Butterfly. Ocybadistes knightorum are on the IUCN Red List as an endangered species. The butterflies are restricted to coastal grassy open-forest areas, that are usually next to mangroves.[2]

The larvae feed on Alexfloydia repens.
