Organometallics is a biweekly journal published by the American Chemical Society. Its area of focus is organometallic, as well as organometalloid chemistry. This peer-reviewed journal has an impact factor of 3.862 as reported by the 2016 Journal Citation Reports[1] by Thomson Reuters.

Announced in July 2014, the new editor-in-chief will be Paul Chirik beginning January 2015.[2][needs update]
