Ortiz is an unincorporated community in Conejos County, in the U.S. state of Colorado.[1]
History[]
A post office called Ortiz was established in 1890, and remained in operation until 1943.[2] The original proprietor, J. Nestor Ortiz, gave the community his name.[3]
