Pabarupys (formerly Russian: Подборупе, Polish: Podborupie)[1] is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village was uninhabited.[2] It is located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) from Labūnava, by the Barupė river and the Pašiliai Forest. The is located nearby.

In the beginning of the 20th century Pabarupys was an estate.[1]
