Spain and Pakistan have diplomatic and bilateral relations. The Pakistani embassy in Spain is located in Madrid and also accredited to Andorra, while Spain maintains its embassy in Islamabad.[1]

Pakistan and Spain enjoy extremely cordial and friendly ties.[2] Relations were established in the late 1950s. Pakistanis form the largest Asian immigrant community in Spain. Pakistan has an embassy in Madrid and a consulate-general in Barcelona and Spain has an embassy in Islamabad and honorary consulates in Karachi and Lahore.

As of 2017, the volume of trade between Pakistan and Spain stood at $1.1 billion, of which approximately $700 million was in Pakistan's favour.[3]

As of 2021 the ambassador of Pakistan to Spain was Rafat Mahdi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
