Paul Sproule (born 16 December 1944) is a former Australian rules football player who played for the Essendon Football Club in the VFL from 1968 to 1971 and then for the Richmond Football Club from 1972 to 1975. He was senior coach of Richmond in 1985.
He also coached Sandy Bay from 1976 to 1979 and again from 1983 to 1984 and Hobart from 1980 to 1981, both in his home state of Tasmania. His teams won premierships in 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1980.
