Payal Rajput is an Indian actress who works predominantly in Telugu and Punjabi cinema.[2][3][4][5] She also appeared in Tamil and Hindi films and is also recognized for her works in Hindi Television.

She made her cinematic debut in 2013 Tamil film Iruvar Ullam.[6] She next appeared in the 2017 Punjabi film Channa Mereya.[7][8] She got huge recognition with her performance in 2018 Telugu film RX 100.[9][7][10]

Early life[]

Rajput started her television career in Sapnon Se Bhare Naina as Sonakshi.[11] She played the lead role of Siya in Aakhir Bahu Bhi Toh Beti Hee Hai,[12][13] in Gustakh Dil as Ishaani and in Mahakumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani as Maya.

Career[]

In 2017, she debuted in the Punjabi film industry by playing the role of the main female lead, Kainaat Dhillon, in Channa Mereya, opposite Ninja.[14] The film was a remake of the Marathi film Sairat, and was released on 14 July 2017.[11] And then made her Tollywood debut with 2018 film RX 100.
