Ponikła [pɔˈnikwa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Poświętne, within Opoczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Poświętne, 19 km (12 mi) north of Opoczno, and 64 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.[1]

The village has a population of 50.
