Poona‑Punod (officially Barangay Poona-Punod) is a barangay (village) in Pantar, Lanao del Norte, Philippines. Its population is 1,040,[1] up from 898 in the 2010 census.[2] It was the first barangay in Lanao del Norte to launch its own residential system software.[3]
