Prodoxus barberellus is a moth of the family Prodoxidae. It is found in south-eastern Arizona. The habitat consists of shrubby desert.

The wingspan is 11–21 mm. The forewings are near white with numerous scattered dark brown spots and streaks. The hindwings are medium to dark brown.[1]

The larvae feed on Agave palmeri.
