Przyborowice [pʂɨbɔrɔˈvit͡sɛ] (German: Zschiegern, 1937-1945: Schiegern) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gubin, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border.[1] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Gubin, 21 km (13 mi) south-west of Krosno Odrzańskie, and 42 km (26 mi) west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
