"Party Doll" is a 1957 rock 'n' roll song written by Buddy Knox and Jimmy Bowen.[1] It was performed by Buddy Knox[2] with the Rhythm Orchids, recorded in April 1956, and it became a hit on the Roulette label.

In their ninth and final season under head coach Jim Walden, the Cougars compiled a 3–7–1 record (2–6–1 in Pac-10, eighth place) and were outscored 312 to 221.[1][2]

The Deep and Dreamless Sleep is a 2006 independent feature film adaptation of Dante Alighieri’s 14th century poem Divine Comedy, set on the streets of downtown Manhattan, written and directed by Matthew Harrison. A reviewer for Variety described the film as presenting “kinetic visuals, naturalistic perfs and a frequently compelling take on a 700-year-old poem.”[1]

Prompted by Jealousy is a 1913 American silent film drama produced by Hardee Kirkland. The film stars Adrienne Kroell, Lillian Leighton (billed as Lyllian Leighton) and Jack Nelson. The film status is uncertain but a release flier survives which is now at the Margaret Herrick Library at the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, it was part of the Charles G. Clarke collection. The reel was 1,100 feet (300 meters) long.

Willisau & Taktlos is an album by Swiss jazz pianist Irène Schweizer with saxophonist Fred Anderson and drummer Hamid Drake, which was released by Intakt Records. The opening piece by the duo Schweizer-Drake was recorded at the Taktlos-Festival Zürich in 1998 and the other three improvisations by the trio were recorded at Jazzfestival Willisau in 2004.[1]

Kiwa tyleri, the "Hoff crab", is a species of deep-sea squat lobster in the family Kiwaidae, which lives on hydrothermal vents near Antarctica.[1] The crustacean was given its English nickname in 2010 by UK deep-sea scientists aboard the RRS James Cook, owing to resemblance between its dense covering of setae on the ventral surface of the exoskeleton and the hairy chest of the actor David Hasselhoff.[2] The 2010 expedition to explore hydrothermal vents on the East Scotia Ridge was the second of three expeditions to the Southern Ocean by the UK led research consortium, ChEsSo (Chemosynthetic Ecosystems of the Southern Ocean).[3]
