The discography of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet consists of two studio albums, twelve extended plays, one reissue album, one compilation album, twenty three singles, two promotional singles, and four soundtrack appearances.

Red Velvet was formed by the Korean entertainment company SM Entertainment in 2014, and initially consisted of four members; Irene, Seulgi, Wendy and Joy. The group debuted in 2014 with the release of their single "Happiness". In 2015, Yeri joined the group, and their first EP, Ice Cream Cake was released which topped Gaon Album Chart. The group followed it with their first studio album, The Red in September 2015, with the lead single "Dumb Dumb". The album topped various music charts, including the Billboard World Albums Charts, while "Dumb Dumb" became their first single to surpass a million downloads. Following The Red, they released their second EP, The Velvet, in March 2016. The group's third EP, Russian Roulette, was released in September 2016, along with the lead single of the same name.

In February 2017, their fourth EP, Rookie was released. The group released a "special summer" EP The Red Summer in July 2017. Their second studio album, Perfect Velvet was released in November 2017, with the lead single, "Peek-a-Boo". The album debuted at number-one at the Billboard World Albums chart, which marked their fourth number-one album on the chart, making them the K-pop girl group with the most number-one albums on the chart. A repackage of the album titled The Perfect Red Velvet was released in January 2018.

Their debut Japanese EP, #Cookie Jar was released on July 4, 2018, peaking at number-three on Oricon Albums Chart. A second "special summer" EP, Summer Magic was released in August 2018, which included their first English-language release, an English version of "Bad Boy". Their fifth EP, RBB was released in November 2018 featured an English version of its lead single "RBB (Really Bad Boy)". In May 2019, they released their second Japanese EP Sappy with the lead single of the same name.

Starting in June 2019, The ReVe Festival trilogy began with the release of "Zimzalabim" and The ReVe Festival: Day 1: followed by "Umpah Umpah" and The ReVe Festival: Day 2 in August; and concluding in December with the release of "Psycho" and the compilation album The ReVe Festival: Finale.

An EP Queendom was released in August 2021, featuring the lead single of the same name. To date, Red Velvet have earned eleven number-one albums and two number-one singles in South Korea.
