Rustin R. Kimsey

Rustin Ray "Rusty" Kimsey (June 20, 1935 – April 10, 2015) was an American prelate of the Episcopal Church. Born in Bend, Oregon, Kimsey served as the fifth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Eastern Oregon. He was elected on March 22, 1980, and consecrated on August 4, 1980. He retired in June 2000.[1] He later served as an assisting bishop in Navajoland and Alaska.
