Highway 627 is a provincial highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It is in two segments. The northern segment runs from Highway 749 to the Trans-Canada Highway and passes Eyebrow Lake in the Qu'Appelle Valley, and the southern segment runs from the Trans-Canada Highway to Highway 13. The southern segment is about 55 km (33 mi.) long and the northern segment is about 55 km (33 mi.) long.
