School of Chocolate is a reality competition series hosted by Swiss-French pastry chef and chocolatier Amaury Guichon. Guichon acts as both a guide and a judge to the 8 contestants, who vie for the title of best in the class and a monetary prize of $50,000 by creating elaborate chocolate sculptures. Developed by Super Delicious Productions, the 8-episode series premiered on Netflix on 26 November 2021.

Production[]
The series was announced in August 2021 as part of Netflix's culinary slate with Guichon set to host the competition. Adam Cohen, Cara Tapper, Joanna Vernetti, Jeanne Begley, and Andrea Richter would executive produce the series.[2]
A trailer for the series was released on 15 November 2021.[3]
