SciSports

SciSports is an international sports analytics company and provider of football data intelligence for professional football organisations, football players, media and entertainment. The European Union selected SciSports as one of the next European Unicorns[1] and the HYPE Foundation elected the company as most innovative sports startup in the world.[2] The company was founded in 2013 and has offices in the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

Overview[]

SciSports uses data intelligence to understand football with the goal of improving the game on the pitch and enriching the experience of billions of fans around the globe. SciSports created an index (SciSkill Index) to determine the quality and potential of over 200,000 players around the globe. SciSports' football intelligence platform provides direct access to data sources as well as reports offering novel insights in player performances and team tactics for player recruitment and performance analysis.

Clients[]

SciSports' products and services are used by clubs, agents, associations, players, media and other football-related parties. Clients include the Royal Dutch Football Association,[3] SEG International,[4] Leeds United,[5] KRC Genk,[6] and Heracles Almelo.[7]

Offices[]

SciSports is headquartered in Enschede and has a satellite office in Amersfoort. Additional offices are located in France and Germany.
