Seyyedan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيدان) is a rural district (dehestan) in Abish Ahmad District, Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 4,336, in 926 families.[2] The rural district has 15 villages.
