Shahr-e Jadid-e Hashtgerd (Persian: شهرجديدهشتگرد, meaning "Hashtgerd New Town", also Romanized as Shahr-e Jadīd-e Hashtgerd)[2] is a city in the Central District of Savojbolagh County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,619, in 4,353 families.[3]
