Shir Kosh-e Olya (Persian: شيركش عليا, also Romanized as Shīr Kosh-e ‘Olyā and Shīrkosh-e ‘Olyā; also known as Shīrkesh and Shīr Kosh)[1] is a village in Najafabad Rural District, in the Central District of Bijar County, Kurdistan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 242, in 50 families.[2] The village is populated by Kurds.[3]
