Silakhor Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيلاخور) is a rural district (dehestan) in Silakhor District, Dorud County, Lorestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,514, in 1,347 families.[1] The rural district has 20 villages.
