Skandławki [skanˈdwafki] (German: Skandlack)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Srokowo, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Srokowo, 21 km (13 mi) north of Kętrzyn, and 81 km (50 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
