Sonnedix is a multi-national solar power producer with more than 300 solar power plants/farms across 8 countries.[1] Sonnedix develops, builds, owns and operates solar power plants for the long term. Sonnedix is majority owned by institutional investors advised by J P Morgan Asset Management.[2]

Acquisitions[]
In January 2021, Sonnedix completed the acquisition of four solar PV plants (totalling 40MW) in Chile, from Building Energy Andes SpA.[5]
In September 2021, Sonnedix completed the acquisition of a 112MW solar PV development portfolio from Circle Energy, Faleuma, and Ríos Renovables. The portfolio consists of seven PV projects located in Valladolid, north-western Spain.[6]
In December 2021, Sonnedix completed the acquisition of a 100MW operational solar portfolio in Spain from ACS Servicios Comunicaciones y Energía. The PV portfolio consisted of two 50MW ground-mounted solar PV plants, located in Castilla la Mancha and Cáceres.[7]
In December 2021, Sonnedix completed the acquisition of two solar PV development projects (totalling 18MW) in Chile from Distributed Power Partners (DPP). The plants are located near Mejillones, in the Antogafasta region, and near Valle del Elqui, Coquimbo.[8]
