Star Utsav Movies is an Indian pay television channel owned by Star India. It was launched as a free-to-view channel on 28 May 2016 exclusively on Doordarshan's satellite platform FreeDish.[2] It is targeted primarily at rural markets. It stopped being free-to-view on 1 March 2019. But it was again telecasted free-to-air in 29 December 2020.
