Stefano 'Nino' Garris (born 21 April 1979) is a German former professional basketball player.

He was born in West Germany to an Italian mother and an African American father.

He capped for the German national basketball team 72 times. His greatest success was 3rd place at the 2002 Basketball World Cup in Indianapolis, United States.[1]

His retirement was announced in 2012 due to injuries.[2]
