Sudin Madhav Dhavalikar also known as Sudin alias 'Ramkrishna' Dhavalikar is an Indian politician from the state of Goa. He is a five term member of the Goa Legislative Assembly representing the Marcaim constituency.

He has been the Minister in various governments for over 15 years holding key portfolios. He was in-charge of[3] the Public Works Department, Transport, River Navigation, and PWD.[4]
Political party[]
He is from the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party Goa's first ruling party after the end of Portuguese colonial rule in 1961.[5] He has played a pivotal role in keeping the party alive for last 20 years after many defections in the party.
Controversy[]
Aam Aadmi Party claimed that he lied in his sworn affidavit regarding his educational qualification.[6][7][8] Further, Ponda court dismissed the case related to the allegation of fake degree of PWD minister Sudin Dhavalikar, filed by Aam Aadmi Party.[9]
