Svedmyra metro station is on the green line of the Stockholm metro, located in Stureby, Söderort. The station was inaugurated on 9 September 1951 as part of the stretch between Gullmarsplan and Stureby.[2] The distance to Slussen is 5.2 km (3.2 mi).
