Syd Conabere (1918 – 15 July 2008) also known as Sydney Conabere, was an Australian actor, primarily a character actor and bit player, with extensive credits in film, TV, radio and theatre, he acted alongside Gregan McMahon and starting in theatre in 1948 and screen in 1957 with roles until 2002, he was well known as Doug Palmer in Sons and Daughters.[1][2]
