Tamer Balcı (1 January 1917 – 10 April 1993) was a Turkish film actor.[2]

Early life and education[]

He was born Toma Valcisi[3] in Istanbul, Turkey.

Career[]

A former Olympic athlete,[3] Balcı appeared in fourteen films between 1951 and 1977, including as the title role in (1952) (originally released as Tarzan İstanbul'da).[1][4]
