Tarand-e Bala (Persian: طارندبالا, also Romanized as Ţārand-e Bālā; also known as Ţārand-e ‘Olyā)[1] is a village in Tarand Rural District, Jalilabad District, Pishva County, Tehran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 1,173, in 262 families.[2]
