Taras Zaviyskyi (Ukrainian: Тарас Михайлович Завійський; born 12 April 1995) is a Ukrainian professional football player who plays as an attacking midfielder for Desna Chernihiv.[1]

Career[]

Zaviyskyi is the product of the Karpaty Lviv School System, where he is from age of ten years. His first trainer was Mykola Dudarenko.[2] He made his debut for FC Karpaty entering as a second-half substitute against FC Metalurh Zaporizhya on 15 March 2013 in Ukrainian Premier League.

In 2012 he started his career with Karpaty Lviv in Ukrainian Premier League. On 29 October 2016 he scored against Dynamo Kyiv at the NSC Olimpiyskiy.[3]

Olimpik Donetsk[]

In summer 2019 he signed a contract with Olimpik Donetsk in Ukrainian Premier League.[4]On 12 July 2020 he scored two goals against Mariupol on the 1-4 victory.[5]With the club he stayed two years getting into the 9th and 13th place in Ukrainian Premier League. In summer 2021, things didn't go very well for Olimpik Donetsk getting into financial problems and the club start release many players. At that moment of time Zaviyskyi, become a free player and started been on training in the city of Chernihiv with Desna Chernihiv.

Desna Chernihiv[]

On 15 July 2021 he signed a contract of two years with Desna Chernihiv in Ukrainian Premier League.[6]On 18 July 2021 he scored his first goal with the new club in the friendly match against Veres Rivne in Bucha at the Stadium Yuvileinyi ended 2-0 for Desna.[7][8][9][10][11]On 25 July 2021, he made his debut in Ukrainian Premier League with the new club against Chornomorets Odesa scoring a goal at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin ended 3-0 for Desna.[12][13]On 14 August 2021 he scored against SC Dnipro-1 in Ukrainian Premier League at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin, giving the victory for Desna for 2-1.[14][15]On 5 September 2021 he scored in a friendly match against Kolos Kovalivka.[16][17]On 17 September 2021 he provided the assist to Andriy Totovytskyi for the winning goal against Rukh Lviv at the Chernihiv Stadium in Ukrainian Premier League at the 90 minute.[18][19][20][21][22]On 21 September 2021 he played against Metalist Kharkiv in Ukrainian Cup in the season 2021-22.[23]On 17 October 2021 he replaced Vladlen Yurchenko at the 73 minute of the match against Mynai at the Avanhard Stadium.[24]On 30 October 2021 he plaved against Shakhtar Donetsk in Kyiv at the NSC Olimpiyskiy, replacing Vladlen Yurchenko at the 69 minute.[25][26]On 7 november 2021, he scored against Lviv at the Arena Lviv giving the 0-2 score away victory for Desna Chernihiv in Ukrainian Premier League.[27]On 15 November 2021 he played against Olimpik Donetsk in the friendly match at the Bannikov Stadium in Kyiv until the 70 minute and have been replaced by .[28][29]On 11 February 2022 he was included in the team for the preparation in Turkey for the second half of the season and he played against Velež Mostar in the friendly match.[30][31][32]
